Skinboosters deliver deep skin hydration, nourishing your skin. Increased hydration levels within the skin to deliver lasting moisturisation and improvements on the skins surface – for up to 6 months

You will gain a subtle gradual change in skin quality and elasticity giving you a natural but noticeable invigorated look to your skin.

These treatments can be used by all skin types and ages for the face, neck hands and décolletage as well as being used to treat acne scarred or photo damaged skin.

We currently use the Restylane family of skin boosters in our practice.

During you consultation we will talk to you about any medication you are on(such as aspirin or anti coagulants) as well as your history regarding immuno-diseases, allergies and medical history.

 

During Treatment

During the procedure, some people may experience a certain level of discomfort. Prior to treatment you will receive a topical anaesthetic to make the treatment more comfortable.

 

After treatment.

Following the treatment, you may experience slight redness or minor bruising around the treatment areas, this should subside after a few days.

Dr Schroder may recommend a cooling pad to help reduce swelling

Avoid excessive sun or extreme cold until any initial selling subsides

To maintain your wonderful skin, it is recommended to have regular maintenance treatments, approximately every 6 months
